Dayton
J. Carpenter, Esq. holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University College
of Law, a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Risk Assessment, and
BS in Environmental Chemistry both from the New York State College of Environmental
Science and Forestry. He is a licensed attorney and a member of the New York State
Bar.
Mr. Carpenter has over 12 years experience
in the Environmental field and Business Development. He has worked on numerous
EPA Superfund Projects in the US and has comprehensive environmental engineering
experience in water/air quality issues, environmental impact and risk assessments,
emergency response planning, pollution control, recycling, composting, municipal
solid waste management, health & safety issues, hazardous waste treatment/disposal
and remediation.
Mr. Carpenter has been doing business
in Asia for 7 years. He was the President of International
Business Development and Legal Affairs for a private
Chinese Science and Technology Company for two years.
From this and other experiences he possess in depth
knowledge of how a Chinese company operates and interacts
with foreign companies.
He has negotiated business deals
and contracts in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore,
and Thailand. He has developed and implemented marketing
strategies in both the US and numerous Asian countries
for environmental and other firms. He has licensed and
transferred US environmental technologies to China.
He is also an approved business consultant with New
York State¡¯s Department of Economic Development Export
New York Program.
Mr. Carpenter focuses on four core
areas: Environmental, Business Development, Technology
Transfers, and International law. He is fluent in English
and Mandarin Chinese.
Mr. Carpenter is also associated with the
Paragon Law Firm, PC in Beijing, China.
