Attending this event is a great first-step to doing business in China. For those firms that cannot attend, DC Consulting provides in-country services that are outlined below. In addition to using our services, clients also receive a discount on booth fees.

Some companies may not decide not to participate because the overall costs to attend such international exhibitions often exceed US$12,000. DC Consulting is offering several service options to US companies who may not be able to attend the exhibition but still wish to have a presence and representation; DC Consulting will attend the exhibitions on your behalf for one or more companies provided that they are not competitors.

Using this method not only reduces your company’s overall costs to attend the exhibition by up to 80% and your time up to 100%, but also provides your company with a more effective and efficient manner to develop and maintain your contacts with those interested in your company’s equipment, technology, or services. Furthermore, having a booth with several product lines/technologies is likely to attract more attendees than a booth representing just one product line.

DC Consulting’s Service Options

1) Your Company Attends the Exhibition and signs up through DC Consulting

l DC Consulting as the exclusive agent for the exhibition can still provide your firm a 5-10% discount on the booth rental costs;

l Translate and Print one box of your company’s business cards;

l Translate from English to Chinese 1-2 page summary of your company’s information.

2) DC Consulting Represents your Company at the Exhibition. Cost: US$ 3,500 ($3,000 if 3 more companies sign-up for this option) NOTE: Maximum of 7 non-competing companies per booth

Includes:

l Booth Rental;

l Physically attend the exhibition on your firm’s behalf;

l Have technically competent individuals with knowledge about your firm’s technology to help introduce and field possible questions about your company’s equipment (DC Consulting’s CEO will also personally be at the booth);

l Translate and Print two boxes of your company’s business cards with logo;

l Translate from English to Chinese 1-2 page summary of your company’s information;

l Printing of 500 copies of the translated summary with company’s logo;

l Arrange for the translation and printing of your company’s brochures;

l Provide a local China address, fax, telephone number for Chinese companies government, and interested parties to contact for follow-up questions and inquires;

l Provide daily updates to your office via email or telephone from the exhibition regarding interests from attendees, concerns, and commonly asked questions;

l Detailed written summary of exhibition attendees expressing an interest in your equipment and any questions or concerns;

l Provide 3 months of service as your point of contact in China for making calls and receiving faxes;

l Follow-up on inquires of equipment;

l Provide support as your temporary agent or distributor in China should your firm need assistance (please inquire with us for additional details).

3) DC Consulting Represents and Provides your Company a catalog of Exhibition services. Cost: US$ 1,000 (based on minimum of 15 companies using this service) NOTE: Maximum representation 20 companies per booth

l Booth Rental;

l Physically attend the exhibition on your firm’s behalf;

l Have competent individuals help field general questions about your company’s equipment;

l Translate and Print one box of your company’s business cards;

l Translate from English to Chinese a 1-page summary of your company’s information;

l Print 100 copies of the translated summary;

l Arrange for the translation and printing of your company’s brochures;

l Provide a local China address, fax, telephone number for Chinese companies, government, and interested parties to contact for follow-up questions and inquires.
